    Wow. This is unbelievable. The second incredibly culturally insensitive post from you guys in the last few weeks. First co-opting the cultural heritage of an oppressed european ethnic group (the Roma), now this? Cowboys and indians is not cute. It’s incredibly insensitive and insulting.

    This….a thousand times this. It’s cultural appropriation pure and simple not to mention horribly inaccurate. I let the other post slide, but this one’s a bridge too far. I bought my last bundle of Art Gallery fabrics last month. I won’t be buying from Art Gallery again and I really wish I hadn’t bought what I did.
    Perhaps you can explain why this fabric line has to be called “Indian Summer” and why you couldn’t have sold it any one of a hundred different ways?

    Never mind on that last one. I looked through the line more closely and it’s actually worse than I thought it would be. I think it would be wise for the Art Gallery blogger and staff to spend some time reading over at Native Appropriations (http://nativeappropriations.com).

    I think you all are taking things to another level. It is a childrens collection that isn’t harming or making fun of anyone.
    Love the prints and love everything you guys do. Glad they haven’t taken the bait and engaged your crazy accusations.
