2025 Quiltmas Spectacular

A bundle of fabric in creams, pinks and greens.

To borrow a line from Buddy the Elf “We Quiltmas elves like to stick to the four main quilting supplies: fabric, fabric stores, fabric pre-cuts, and thread.” I hope you’re ready for all the holly, jolly fabric fun because it’s time to share all of the blocks from the 2025 Quiltmas Spectacular and announce the winner of the FQ giveaway!

Congratulations to Cassandra Lintott for winning the FQ bundle. Check your inbox for more information.

What is the Quiltmas Spectacular? Why it’s only the most wonderful time of the year for quilters. December 1-12, twelve modern quilt pattern designers (aka the Quiltmas elves) were hard at work in the Quiltmas workshop to bring you 12 merry and bright quilt block patterns. We used Art Gallery Fabrics PURE Solids to really show off the holiday patchwork.

Now that the blocks have been unwrapped, we can quilt loud for all to hear and show off all the blocks together. On the first day of Quiltmas, Satomi of Satomi Quilts brought us a cheery block, the Noel-Tide Cheer block.

Patwork letters in red, pink, blue and gold that spell Noel.

On the second day of Quiltmas, Heather of Glad Hand Sews brought us a bright block, the Nose So Bright block.

On the third day of Quiltmas, Amanda of Broadcloth Studio brought us a musical block, the Drumroll block.

On the fourth day of Quiltmas, Andrea from 3rd Story Workshop brought us a zesty block, the Holiday Zest block.

On the fifth day of Quiltmas, Joshua of Lifting and Stitching gave us a sweet block, the Dance of the Candy Canes block.

On the sixth day of Quiltmas, Astrid of Apples and Beavers gave us a cheerful block, the Little Dove block.

On the seventh day of Quiltmas, Amanda of Prairie Quilt Co gave us an evergreen block, the Folk Tree block.

On the eighth day of Quiltmas, Shannon of Shannon Fraser Designs gave us a glittery block, the Merry Midnight block.

On the ninth day of Quiltmas, Lynett of Lyns Avenue brought us a merry block, the Santa’s Haul block.

On the tenth day of Quiltmas, Holly of Holly Clarke Designs brought us a retro block, the Retro Baubles block.

On the eleventh day of Quiltmas, Erin of Mija Handmade brought us a bubbly block, the Almost Midnight block.

And on the twelfth day of Quiltmas, Katie of Zahm Co brought us a classic block, the Quilt Nutcracker block.

The Quiltmas Elves had so much fun unwrapping these blocks during the 12 Days of the Quiltmas Spectacular. If you’d like to join in on the holiday fun, there is still time! The Quiltmas Workshop is open through December 31 – you can join anytime before then and download the entire bundle of twelve quilt blocks. Don’t wait too long – the bundle disappears when we ring in the 2026 New Year! That’s when we close the workshop and pack up the patterns.

From all of the Quiltmas Elves, we wish you a very Merry Quiltmas and a Happy New Year!
