Hello Everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself!

I'm Melissa and I joined the Art Gallery Fabrics family last April. I am enjoying every second I get to design and make lovely projects for you all to make! I love to be a part of this sewing and quilting world I didn’t even know existed until I joined the AGF Team!

I am from Minnesota and I moved to Miami to study fashion design (and I stayed!). I enjoy designing woman apparel, handbags and accessories. If I am not designing or sewing you will find me doing yoga or running. I am a very active person, with a love for textiles, home decor and fashion! I'm extremely excited to be able to share more fun tutorials with you and I can't wait to get to know all of you better!

Today I am especially excited to share with you my first official blog tutorial: High Noon, a table runner designed with Katy Jones's collection Priory Square. 

I was inspired by hedge mazes which you would find in British floral gardens. I thought it would be a perfect way to show off the wonderful prints and colors showcased in this collection. Click here for PDF tutorial!
