AGF Mood Monday – Travel

Hello!

I hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend. I am back with the perfect subject for today's AGF Mood Monday (and one of my favourite things to do: TRAVEL).

Two "simple" questions here: where's the best place you have traveled to and why, and where are you dreaming to go?

The best place where I've gone … ok, that wasn't really a simple question. I'm going to say Alaska because I got to see the northern lights for six nights in a row (I'm giving myself the chance to brag because I sacrificed all of my body heat in order to chase them), and I cried tears of joy every single night, and also because my hair got frozen and that was awesome. Where am I dreaming to go? This one is simple: EVERYWHERE. I love to learn about different places and cultures (I might or might not be exploring a new place right now ;). I will tell you more once I read your answers).

So let's explore the map:

Looking forward to reading your comments (permission to brag), and learn more about our awesome world,

Lauv

I am a lucky, lucky girl (okay, older woman) and I’ve had the amazing good fortune to see the Eiffel Tower, Acropolis, Pompeii, Roman coliseum in Pula, Croatia, walked across the bridge from “Buda” to “Pesh” (Budapest), and so, SO many other wonderful places and the truth I’ve discovered is this….this world of ours is utterly filled with amazing people and places, and yet our simple home calls our heart to come back. And no matter where you’ve been, there is always somewhere else you want to go!!

Cocopatch, please teach me your geography ways! That is seriously a cool job. I will dare to say you are right: both the USA and Japan are amazing, and ahemm, I just came back from Japan last week (bragging rights were for everyone!) and it was incredible, such a rich culture with infinite things to discover (so many, they delayed me on responding here, I’m sorry :/). The world awaits!

Anita, lucky indeed! You are so right about this world being filled with amazing people and places, sometimes it’s hard to comprehend the amount of bad news one can see on the daily. We are lucky to be part of a supportive community that appreciates the beauty of basic things like going out and seeing the world to understand it and each other better (and of course coming home completely inspired to create something), there is always somewhere new and magical to go!
